Ultra Strength guarantees to the original user that our products will be free from defects for the period specified below, starting from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product.

Structural welds/Frames- Lifetime Warranty*

Bushings, Pillow Block Bearings, Pulley Wheels, Cables, Guide Rods, Sealed Roller Bearings - 3 Years

Upholstery, Grips, Wheels - 90 Days

FOR ALL WARRANTIES* Warranty coverage may be void if a product is damaged due to negligent use, improper handling, unauthorized alterations, poor maintenance, or incorrect storage. Any specific concerns or dissatisfaction with a product will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If your order has not yet entered production, we can accommodate changes or issue a refund/credit for the applicable portion. However, returns based on a change of mind are not possible due to the high cost of returning items to our factory. If we deliver the wrong product, we will gladly refund or replace it. In cases of product faults, we will assess the issue and discuss options for repair or refund.
