DELIVERY

All Ultra Strength machines are made to order and will be entered into production within a week of order confirmation. We leverage a global network of sea, air, rail, and road freight to deliver the most efficient and cost-effective transport solutions, ensuring your products reach their destination seamlessly.

Our standard delivery time is 12-15 weeks.

Delivery times can vary depending on volume or external shipping issues. Delivery updates will be provided one week and again three days before arrival to coordinate a specific time. In the event of any production or shipping delays, you’ll be promptly notified.

INSTALLATION

Gym equipment can often by heavy and have complicated mechanisms. Therefore, we offer an installation service which can be available on request. Our expert technicians save you both time and money by allowing you to continue your normal operations. Our installation service takes the stress out of the assembly and wont leave you taring your hair out over an instruction manual.
